Half-hour single camera sitcom

An ensemble cast of four foreigners in their 20s (3 girls and gay guy) who have to take English classes at a community college in Beverly Hills as a condition of their visas, and their teacher from the Midwest, doesn’t realize it’s all a scam. We follow them as they juggle dealing with an expensive life in California and try to fit in while finding a source of lucrative income all in order to avoid the baggage they are escaping from their homelands and families.
